Where is my order?
It usually takes no more than one week for orders inside Canada, and up to two weeks for Continental U.S. Rest of the world delivery times may vary

An item is missing from my shipment, what happened?
There is a small possibility that your order has been split into separate shipments. We split orders if we can't fit your entire order into one shipping box, or part of your order is a pre-order/back-order.
However rarely, parcels do get damaged during the transit and items get lost. Please make sure you only sign to receive shipping boxes in good condition.
In any other circumstances, please contact us for assistance.
My order arrived with damaged goods, what should I do?
If the item you received is faulty (torn fabric, holes, dirty, etc.), please let us know and kindly provide photographs.
If the shipping box you received is damaged, and the items within are damaged because of the broken box, please contact us AND the postal service or courier immediately and inform them of the situation.
In both situations, we can arrange for an replacement for you as soon as possible at no charge (subject to availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued).

At this time we ship to Canada and the United States. Global shipping will be added very soon!
